Interested in hosting a virtual show? Our checklist will make sure you meet all requirements for a sanctioned event.
- Host must become a show partner.
- Get at least 5 competitors together.
- All competitors must be show pass holders
- All obstacles must be in accordance with the official map at prescribed distances.
- Video must be taken from the same perspective for all competitors.
- Competitors do not need to compete at the same location.
- A judge will evaluate all phases and determine official score/time for all phases.
- A separate individual will tabulate scores and place classes.
- An individual serving as a TD will review videos and verify obstacles and courses are suitably equivalent.
- There will be a designated time in which videos may be submitted.
- The judge, scorer, and TD will have 2 weeks after video deadline to complete judging, verification and placement of the show.
- Judge will verify all scoring prior to release of results.
- Virtual shows count towards year end high point awards if competitors are year end awards pass holders.
