Virtual Showing

Virtual shows are a necessity in our currently global situation. Here you'll find our rules, requirements, and some tips to be successful in our virtual showing series.

The Basics

Entries will be open for two weeks. Entry fees for virtual competitions will likely be less than in person competition, as there are no facility fees.

All entrants must hold show passes. If scores are to be considered for Year End Awards, a Year End pass must be purchased prior to the competition.

Videos must be submitted between February 1st and March 1st for the first quarter; May 1st and May 31st for the second quarter, August 1st and August 31st for the third quarter; and November 1st and November 30th for the fourth quarter. Videos will be judged within thirty (30) days of closing date of the competition. Competitors will be mailed awards.

Competitors do not have to compete in all phases to compete in the show.

The first part of your video should include your pass. You should also include a statement of your name, horse name, division, and level. Sound should be turned on in the video so that coaching can be heard. If sound is edited out, rider score will be deducted by a coefficient of 0.5.

A Technical Delegate (TD) will review video to ensure they meet requirements.

A judge will review videos. If there is more than one judge for the shows, the entry fee may be higher.
