Competition Requirements
This show will be conducted and judged in accordance with the Working Horse Central LLC rules. The rules can be found at www.workinghorsecentral.com. It is the Pass Holders responsibility to read and understand the rules prior to the competition. The rules for virtual competition may also be found on the website.
All competitors must have purchased a competition pass prior to entering. Each pass is good for one horse and rider combination. To compete for year end high point awards, a year end award pass must be purchased. Passes may be purchased here.
Information before the show will be communicated to competitors via email. Please ensure that show management has your correct email address.
Schedule & Classlist
First Ride will be at 9:00 a.m. Functionality phase will run first. Trail phase will commence once Functionality is complete. Agility will be the last phase of the day.

The order of go for each phase will be posted no later than two (2) hours prior to the start of the phase.
Course Maps for Trail and Agility will be posted no later than two (2) hours prior to the start of each phase.

Rules & Regulations
Hold Harmless Clause: Understanding that horse sports may be hazardous and dangerous, even leading to permanent injury or death, each owner, rider, spectator, and other participant assumes any and all risk of loss or injury and agrees to hold harmless, regardless, the horse show personnel and the facility and organization hosting the show. TNT Quarter Horses, LLC and Working Horse Central, LLC. will not be responsible for any damage, injury, or loss to persons, horses, or property of exhibitors, spectators, or grooms. All local facility rules must be followed.
Media Release Agreement: I agree that as a condition of and in consideration of acceptance of entry, the competition may use or assign photographs, videos, audios, or other likenesses of me and/or my horse taken during the course of the competition for the promotion or benefit of the competition or sport. These likenesses shall not be used to advertise a product and they may not be used in any way to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or misappropriation.
Use of Protective Headgear: Youth exhibitors must wear ASTM/SEI-approved protective headgear at all times whenever mounted on the show grounds. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. Any rider violating this rule at any time will be prohibited from further riding until such headgear is properly in place.
Health Certificates and Health Papers: A 30-day certificate of veterinary inspection is required for all horses arriving from outside the state of Texas. You must be able to produce these documents upon request.
Arena Access: No one is allowed in the show arena during the time of judging except exhibitors and those having official duties to perform.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the show grounds.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the barn areas or in any buildings.
Entry Procedures
This show is limited to fifteen (15) entries. A waiting list will be kept.
The show will be filled first come, first served. Ten entries must be received or the show will be canceled.
Entries may be submitted at any time after the opening date and before the closing date.
A separate entry form must be completed for each horse-rider combination.
An entry form is not valid unless it is fully completed and has all the proper signatures, pass holder numbers, and horse information.
No phone entries will be accepted.
Entries postmarked after the closing date, March 4, 2023, will not be accepted.
Photocopy of a negative Coggins test, dated within one year of the show, must accompany the entry form.
Important Information
- Outdoor arena
- Warm-up arena in pasture
- Please note this is a private facility. Please be respectful o the facility owner's property and stay in designated areas.
- Food within twenty (20) minutes of location.
- Parking will be in a field.
- Please clean stalls before leaving.
- Shavings must be ordered on entry.
- Arrival time will be 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. If early arrival is needed, please contact Tarrin at (512) 269-9270 to make arrangements.
- Clean up hay and manure around trailers prior to leaving.
- We want to leave the facility in as good of shape as we find it.
- Release for the facility must be signed upon arrival.
Show Fees
One (1) Phase: $45.00
Two (2) Phases: $75.00
All Phases: $100.00
Stabling Fee Per Night (limited stalls available): $30.00
Shavings per Bag (must be purchased from facility): $10.00
Late entries may be accepted, if room, for a $25 late entry fee.
Prizes & Awards
Ribbons will be awarded to fifth place.
Riders must be present to receive prizes.
An awards ceremony will be held at the end of the competition day.
